Friday Postcard: Oregon Forest Swipe

Hi everyone! We’ve made it through another week, so I thought I’d post something relaxing. Your postcard today comes from a photo safari I led in Oregon in 2021. Things were just starting to [finally] open back up after a year of COVID isolation, and we took a small group on a photo safari to Oregon. After a few days in the Columbia River Gorge, we headed west towards the coast.
The lush green forests in the Pacific Northwest are beautiful, but sometimes finding a good subject there can be tricky. So I turned to one of my favorite creative techniques to create something more abstract.
